Common questions
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. The first ninety days are committed, because that is how long it takes to do the initial work properly, and after that it is month to month. You own the site and can move it elsewhere whenever you want.
What is the response time for changes?
It depends on the plan, and it is written into the agreement rather than left vague. Every plan has a stated turnaround, and urgent items — a wrong phone number, a broken form, an outage — jump the queue regardless of plan.
Do you host the site yourselves?
We manage hosting as part of every plan. If you prefer to keep your existing host we can usually work with it, though we will be honest about whether it is fast and reliable enough to be worth keeping.
What if I only want hosting and nothing else?
Then a care plan is probably not the right product for you, and we will say so. Plain hosting is a commodity and you can buy it for a few dollars a month. Our plans exist for businesses that want the site to keep producing work.
