The software your business actually runs on
We build the internal tools contractors and property managers are currently faking with spreadsheets — and we run the website, lead flow and documentation that feed them. One vendor, led by an engineer who understands your trade.
Serving trade contractors, specialty subcontractors and property managers across Los Angeles and Orange County.
Not a marketing agency
Most firms that build contractor websites have never read a submittal, walked a job trailer or sat through a closeout meeting. That gap is why so much of the software sold to this industry does not fit the way the work is actually done.
Ramos Technology Solutions is led by a mechanical engineer with an EIT, MEP design experience and a background in applications engineering. We have built production systems for equipment documentation, inventory tracking and project workflows — the unglamorous internal software that decides whether a business runs smoothly or runs on heroics.
That same understanding shapes the marketing side of what we do. A contractor's website is not a brochure; it is the first step of an intake process that either captures a job or loses it to whoever answered faster. We build both halves, and we make them work together.
If an off-the-shelf product genuinely solves your problem, we will tell you. We would rather point you at the right answer than sell you the wrong build.
Where we are different
- Engineer-led, not agency-led
- Fixed price and fixed scope, never hourly
- Priced against the labor it eliminates
- You own the code and the data
- We say no to work we should not take
What we do
Six services, built to work together. Most engagements start with one and grow into two or three.
Operations Software
Every contractor we meet runs at least one critical process on a spreadsheet that only one person understands. We replace it with software that fits how your business actually works.
Learn more →Web Design & Development
A website sits there. A lead system captures the call, answers it in under a minute, routes it to the right person, follows up when nobody picks up, and asks for the review afterward.
Learn more →Lead Response Systems
For contractors whose website is fine. The problem is what happens after the phone rings.
Learn more →Local SEO & Google Business Profile
Roughly two thirds of local searches now end without a click, largely because Google Maps absorbs it. Ranking in the map pack matters more than ranking a blog post.
Learn more →Website Care & Hosting
Managed hosting, security and backups, content changes with a response time you can plan around, and the ongoing local SEO and review work that decides whether the site produces anything.
Learn more →Technical Documentation & Content
Knowledge bases, technical white papers and case studies — written by someone who can read a submittal, a spec section and a sequence of operations without needing them explained.
Learn more →The numbers behind the work
Why lead response and owned lead sources matter more than almost anything else a contractor can spend money on.
Those four numbers explain most of what we build. Answer first, own the source, and stop paying a platform to introduce you to your own competitors.
How an engagement usually starts
Almost everyone begins with the Operations & Web Audit. It is a structured working session and a written findings document: where the hours and dollars are leaking, what your website and Google Business Profile are actually doing, what leads cost in your trade and territory, and a prioritized fix list with estimated payback on each item.
The document is yours to keep and act on, with us or with anyone else. We say that plainly because it is what makes the findings worth reading — recommendations that are not steering you toward a purchase.
If you already know exactly what you need, skip it. Tell us and we will quote the work directly.
A short call
Twenty minutes. What you do, what is broken, whether we are the right people for it.
The audit
Ninety minutes on site or on video, then a written findings document within a week.
A fixed-price proposal
Defined scope, defined price, defined timeline. No hourly billing and no open-ended engagements.
Build and support
Phased delivery with sign-off at each stage, then ongoing support if it makes sense.
Where we work
We serve contractors and property managers throughout the Los Angeles Basin and North Orange County.
Start with a conversation
A twenty-minute call, no charge and no pitch deck. We will tell you what we would do, and whether we are the right people to do it.
