The job goes to whoever calls back first
For contractors whose website is fine. The problem is what happens after the phone rings.
The problem this solves
No redesign. No rebuild. No conversation about your logo. We leave the website exactly as it is and fix the part that is costing you jobs.
- Calls that come in while you are on a roof, in a crawlspace, or driving the 405.
- Leads that arrive at 9pm and get answered at 10am, by which point they hired someone else.
- A voicemail greeting doing the work that an instant text message should be doing.
- No record of who called, what they wanted, or whether anyone followed up.
Why us
This is the least expensive thing we do and frequently the highest-return. One recovered job pays for it. For a plumbing contractor at a six hundred dollar average ticket, that is two or three jobs. For an HVAC changeout, it is a fraction of one.
Two weeks, fixed scope, fixed price. If you only ever buy one thing from us, this is the one we would tell you to buy.
Talk it through
Twenty minutes, no charge, no pitch deck. We will tell you what we would do and whether we are the right people to do it.

What you get
Missed-call text-back
Every unanswered call gets an automatic text within seconds, so the customer stays yours instead of dialing the next number on the list.
Sub-60-second auto-response
Every form submission and every call gets an immediate, human-sounding reply that holds the lead until you can get to it.
CRM pipeline
Leads stop living in a phone's call history. Every one has a stage, an owner and a next action.
Review automation
Requests fire when a job closes. Your review count compounds without anyone remembering to ask.
Lead source dashboard
You finally know which channel produced which job, and which one you should stop paying for.
How it works
Week one: map and configure
We trace every path a lead can take into your business, then configure routing, response and pipeline around it.
Week two: test and hand over
We run live tests through every channel, fix what breaks, then train your team and document it.
Available across the LA Basin
We deliver lead response systems throughout Los Angeles and North Orange County. Each area page covers the local specifics.
Common questions
Will this work with the phone system we already have?
In most cases yes. The automation sits alongside your existing number using call forwarding and a tracking layer, so you keep the number that is already on your trucks and your business cards.
Does the automatic response sound like a robot?
Not if it is written properly. We write the messages in your voice, keep them short, and make it clear a real person is following up. The goal is to hold the lead's attention for ten minutes, not to fake a conversation.
What if I do not want to be texted at all hours?
The automation answers so you do not have to. You set the hours in which the system notifies you personally; outside them, the lead still gets an immediate response and lands in the pipeline for the morning.
How quickly does it pay for itself?
Usually within the first month or two. Recovering a single job that would otherwise have gone to a faster competitor covers most or all of the engagement for the trades we work with.
