A website is not a lead system. We build the second thing.

A website sits there. A lead system captures the call, answers it in under a minute, routes it to the right person, follows up when nobody picks up, and asks for the review afterward.

The problem this solves

Most contractor websites are brochures. They describe the company, list the services, and wait. The ones that produce work are built around a different question: what happens in the ninety seconds after somebody decides to contact you?

  • A site that looks fine and has never produced a single traceable job.
  • Form submissions landing in an inbox nobody checks until Friday.
  • No idea which jobs came from which source, so every marketing decision is a guess.
  • Reviews that only happen when a customer thinks of it on their own.
  • A phone that rings while you are under a house, and a voicemail nobody returns.

Why us

The contractor who responds first wins the job roughly half the time, and forty to sixty percent of home-services leads arrive outside business hours. If you return calls at the end of the day, you are losing most of what you already paid to generate — to whoever picked up first.

Compare it to what you already spend. Shared lead platforms commonly run three hundred to a thousand dollars per booked job, on leads that went to three to eight competitors at the same moment. Leads that come to you directly close several times better, because nobody else got them.

What you get

Fast, indexable pages

Hand-built, no bloated page builder. Sites that load quickly and that Google can actually read rank better and convert better.

Google Business Profile setup

Categories, service areas, photos and posting cadence. For local search this often matters more than the website itself.

CRM and pipeline

Every lead lands somewhere structured, with an owner and a next step, instead of in a phone's call history.

Instant lead response

Automatic reply to every form and call in under a minute, plus missed-call text-back. This is the single highest-return feature we install.

Review generation

Requests triggered automatically when a job closes, so your review count grows without anyone remembering to ask.

Attribution you can act on

Call tracking and source reporting, so you can stop paying for the channel that has never produced a job.

How it works

  1. Audit first

We look at your current site, profile and intake before proposing anything. Half the time the website is not the actual problem.

  2. Structure and content

Service pages and service-area pages written for the searches your buyers actually run, not for industry jargon.

  3. Build and wire

Site, CRM, routing and automation configured together so they behave as one system.

  4. Launch and train

Recorded walkthrough and written procedures, so the system does not depend on you remembering how it works.

Common questions

How long does a website build take?

Three to nine weeks depending on scope. A focused site for a specialty contractor is on the short end; a larger build with service-area pages, quoting integration and full automation is on the long end. We work in stages so you see progress rather than waiting for a reveal.

Do I own the site, or am I locked into your hosting?

You own it. It is standard code on standard hosting, and you can move it anywhere. Our care plans exist because they are useful, not because leaving is difficult.

Can you work with our existing website?

Often, yes. If the underlying site is technically sound we would rather fix the intake and lead response than rebuild something that already works. That is usually the cheaper and faster path, and we will tell you when it applies.

What makes this different from a cheaper freelancer?

A freelancer delivers a website. This delivers a lead system — CRM, routing, instant response, review generation and attribution, configured together. The website is the part everyone can see; the rest is the part that produces work.
